We do not always get closure
even if we want it
or perhaps sometimes we do,
but it does not take the shape we had imagined.
Sometimes it comes earlier than we expect,
sometimes far later,
and sometimes not at all.
We cannot control closure
nor sometimes can we control the circumstances to us needing it to begin with.
Sometimes things are what they are,
and closure means things are never really closed,
full of open ending and unanswered questions, and lessons,
learned.
Perhaps being okay with no closure at all, is the only true closure that is ever really earned.
